Cookie Policy
The short version: this site does not track you. No profiling cookies, no advertising, no third-party analytics. Below, the full version.
1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files that websites can save on your device to store information. Similar technologies (such as the browser's local storage) serve comparable purposes. They fall into two categories: technical cookies (needed for the site to work) and profiling cookies (used to track browsing and serve targeted advertising).
2. How this site uses them
This site does not install profiling cookies, does not use third-party analytics and does not embed content that tracks your browsing. Fonts and technical libraries are hosted on our own systems: while you browse, your browser does not contact external servers.
The maps: the map on the Company and Contact pages is a static image hosted on our own systems: it is always visible and loads nothing from third parties (map data © OpenStreetMap contributors). The "Open in Google Maps" links open Google's service in a new tab: only from that moment does its privacy policy apply.
The only item stored on your device is technical:
| Name | Type | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|
| tlab-cookie-ack | Local storage (technical) | Remembering that you closed the informational banner, so it isn't shown on every visit | Until manually cleared from the browser |
The hosting provider may also set strictly technical cookies needed to deliver the service (e.g. load balancing).
For this reason, under the Italian data protection authority's guidelines of 10 June 2021, no consent is required: the banner on this site is purely informational. If in the future we introduce tools that require consent (e.g. third-party analytics), this page and the banner will be updated before they are activated.
3. External services reachable from the site
The site contains links and buttons that open third-party services, for example the WhatsApp button (WhatsApp/Meta) and the phone or email links. These services activate only if you click them, and from that moment the privacy notices of their respective operators apply.
4. Managing cookies in your browser
You can always block or delete cookies (and local storage) from your browser settings: Chrome, Safari, Firefox and Edge all offer a dedicated "Privacy" section. If you clear local storage, this site's informational banner will reappear on your next visit.
5. Controller and legal references
The data controller is TLAB s.r.l.s.: full contact details are in the Privacy Policy. References: art. 122 of Italian Legislative Decree 196/2003 (Privacy Code) and the Garante's cookie guidelines of 10 June 2021. In case of doubt, the Italian version prevails.
